Delivery and Shipping

General Delivery Times

Ireland

We have two methods of shipping in Ireland. 

Standard An Post     Delivery time 2-3 days

Courier - Fastway or DPD Delivery time next day 

(delivery time from Despatch) 

An Post Delivery it is not guaranteed or traceable and can vary,  sometimes taking up to 3 weeks.  A re-ship is provided if items have not shown up after 3 weeks. If guaranteed quick delivery time is required, please choose the Courier Post option.  

For the Courier Post delivery option, someone must be present to accept delivery and provide a signature.  If the residence is unattended when a delivery attempt is made, a delivery note will be left and the parcel can then be collected from the local sorting office or in some cases, post office.  An Post Courier Post do not call phone numbers provided to re-arrange delivery, but collection from the local sorting or post office is usually very straightforward.

UK

Standard shipping to the UK is by airmail only. Shipping by courier may also possible, Please email us at sales@craftycutting.com to arrange courier delivery to the UK.

Europe/Rest of World

We ship internationally based on cost of airmail postage per parcel.  Please email us at sales@craftycutting.com when you have your order placed and we will arrange to take additional payment for postage for international orders.
